My hubby makes these for us every Saturday morning, but we made them today to keep with the orange-theme for breakfast.
Start with:
1 can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 can water
In a blender mix the orange juice concentrate with 1 (orange juice) can of water. Remove half of mix and freeze for next time (unless your family is bigger than the 3 of us). Leave the remaining half in the blender. Fill OJ can with crushed ice and add milk (and a couple TBSP. cream) to fill completely. Add to blender and mix until ice is incorporated. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and mix again. I know some people add a couple tablespoons vanilla pudding powder also if you want it creamier.
