Tomato Pepper Sauce

1 can crushed tomatoes in puree
1 can water
1 c. chopped red and green peppers
2 TBSP. chicken flavoring (boullion)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 onion chopped

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Boil uncovered, stirring, for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and puree with immersion blender. Return to heat and add 1 TBSP. oil. Bring to a boil, again for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
Serve as a tasty sauce on just about anything, like pupusas.
