Wheat Flour
About a month ago I decided to start using more wheat flour. I don't know why I didn't use it much before (actually only when a recipe called for it) because I actually really like wheat. Regardless, the past few weeks I've been experimenting with it and have found that using wheat flour for about 1/4 - 1/3 of the total amount of flour is almost unnoticeable in most foods, especially cookies, brownies, and such. I made bread sticks and the 3-year-old of the house (after eating 6 of them) told me that she loves it when I make such 'really delicious' bread. So, if you're looking for ways to get more fiber and vitamins in your day, try using a little wheat.
