Here's an easy snack that we enjoy a little too often through the summer months. Easier than making the authentic version and just as tasty, plus you won't have to worry about getting that pesky campfire smell out of your clothes.
*Graham crackers
*Hershey's chocolate bar
*Large marshmallows
Start with a square of graham cracker. Top with a piece or two of chocolate. Finish the stack off by breaking each marshmallow in half and placing on top of the chocolate. I put these on a baking sheet if I'm making a bunch of them, or just do the individual in the toaster oven for a snack. Broil on low (use a low rack) or 350 in a toaster oven for a couple minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown.
