Crispy S'mores Bars

If you don't get the Kraft cooking magazine and emails, you should really sign up soon. A couple weeks ago they sent a recipe email and I flagged this recipe to try. Just a few minutes later I got an email from my SIL suggesting I try them, so I did. I liked the flavor, but since I like my marshmallow-cereal treats a bit on the gooey side, next time I make these, I'll up the butter and melted marshmallows.

*2 TBSP. butter
*4 c. mini marshmallows, divided
*3 c. rice cereal
*2 c. honey Teddy Grahams
*2 squares baking chocolate, melted

Line a 9-inch square baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray (I skipped the foil since I was eating them here and not taking them out to cut). Microwave butter (I'd do 3 TBSP. next time) on high for about 30 seconds until melted. Add 2 c. marshmallows (again, 3 c. for me). Microwave 45 seconds until marshmallows are completely melted, stirring after 30 seconds. Add cereal, Teddy Grahams and remaining marshmallows and stir to combine.
Press into prepared pan. Drizzle with chocolate (I actually used Hershey's chocolate bar because it seemed more like a true s'mores flavor to me). Let stand at least an hour before serving.
