*4 tsp. thyme
*4 tsp. poultry seasoning
*3 tsp. paprika
*2 tsp. garlic powder
*2 tsp. onion powder
*2 tsp. salt
*1 tsp. white pepper
*1 tsp. black pepper
*1 tsp. dry mustard
Place an onion, halved, into the cavity, put in a baking bag and then in roasting pan, bake according to instructions. My mom always used the baking bag so that's what I prefer, but you could roast and baste this if that's what you're used to.
