Broccoli Puree

Wash broccoli. Cut into florets.
Steam broccoli for 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still bright green. Remove from heat and rinse thoroughly in cold water. Transfer broccoli to food processor and puree until very smooth and creamy, adding a few teaspoons water if necessary.
Divide into 1/2 or 1 c. portions and put in the snack-size ziptop bags. Refrigerate or freeze until needed.
