*8 oz. wide or extra wide egg noodles
*2 TBSP. unsalted butter
*1 TBSP. olive oil
*2 cloves garlic, minced
*1/3 c. fresh chopped parsley
*1/4 c. fresh chopped oregano
*1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
*1-2 TBSP. shredded Parmesan cheese
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside in the colander. Return pan to medium heat, add butter and oil. When oils have heated, add garlic and cook until soft and translucent. Add noodles and stir to combine. Remove from heat and add herbs, pepper, and cheese. Serve hot.
