Herb Butter Noodles

Here's a fresh and easy side dish. You only need one pan and it is finished in 10 minutes once the water is boiling. I've tried this with other herbs (use what you have on hand), but these are my favorites.

*8 oz. wide or extra wide egg noodles
*2 TBSP. unsalted butter
*1 TBSP. olive oil
*2 cloves garlic, minced
*1/3 c. fresh chopped parsley
*1/4 c. fresh chopped oregano
*1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
*1-2 TBSP. shredded Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside in the colander. Return pan to medium heat, add butter and oil. When oils have heated, add garlic and cook until soft and translucent. Add noodles and stir to combine. Remove from heat and add herbs, pepper, and cheese. Serve hot. I also splashed a little lemon juice on top for this meal. This will serve 4.
