We're back from vacation and I am sure I will start cooking again soon. Until then, here's a recipe I got from my neighbor and used it at a fun Mother's Day Brunch my SIL put together. It is very easy to make and I loved the citrus flavor.
*2/3 c. sugar
*3/4 cube butter
*1 orange, zested
*2 large cans refrigerator biscuits
Dissolve butter and sugar in a bowl/pan. Add orange zest and combine. Dip biscuits into sugar mixture and stand on end in a greased bundt pan. Pour any remaining sugar mix over top of rolls. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes and 325 for 10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and turn out onto serving platter. I was in a hurry to get to the brunch and forgot to take a final picture.
