Start with a square of foil. Piled on 5 chicken tenders (yes, they were still frozen). Sprinkle generously with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper. Add a little seasoned salt (I use Emeril's Essence) and some paprika. (McCormick's makes a rotisserie chicken spice mix that would make this even easier).
Note: We've also done this chicken flavored with garlic, rosemary and pepper. I also started opening and drain the foil packet for the last 5 minutes of cooking to brown the top.
