This is our family's favorite way to eat yams.
*1 29-oz. can yams, drained
*1/4 c. butter, sliced
*1/2 c. brown sugar
*1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
*1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Combine all in an 8" square baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
