Baked Potato
A while back one of my magazines contained the helpful hint that if you stand a potato upright (on end) in a muffin pan to bake it will cook much faster. I was a bit skeptical, but we did baked potato bar for Sunday dinner, so I gave it a try. The result: my potatoes were perfectly done in 30 minutes...this was a great tip! (I use convection setting on my oven, 350, normally takes just shy of an hour).
