Mmmm...this is so yummy!
*1/3 c. oil (olive, canola, vegetable)
*juice from 3 limes
*3 cloves garlic, crushed and rough chopped
*1/3-1/2 c. chopped cilantro
*salt
*pepper
*2 lb. steak
Combine all in a gallon zip-top bag.

Add steak. Ideally you could use flank or skirt steak, but we used petite sirloins and they worked great. This should soak for 30-60 min. I kept squishing the marinade to thoroughly coat the steaks because I wanted to make sure the delicious smell of this would create the same in flavor. Grill on medium for 10-15 min until somewhere in the medium/medium-rare range. Remove and let meat rest on cutting board for a couple minutes to let the juices redistribute. Cut steak in thin strips on an angle from top to bottom.

Serve on
tortillas with
beans, cheese, cilantro and salsa or whatever else you'd like to pile on and a side of
rice and
corn...you'll be very happy you made this.

Note: The marinade was so fragrant and tasty. Next time I'd reserve a little to pour/toss on the meat after cutting.
