Garlic Toast

Makes 10 slices. Cut french bread into 3/4 inch slices. Place side by side on baking sheet. In a small bowl, melt 4-5 TBSP butter. Finely chop a clove of garlic and stir into melted butter. Add a few crushed red pepper flakes and stir. Use a pastry brush to coat the top of each slice of bread. I broil these on low for about 5 minutes, turning after 3 minutes, until light golden brown.
